Zooey Deschanel in Moschino - 2012 Billboard Music Awards

Zooey Deschanel stepped out in a Moschino Fall 2012 dress to the Billboard Music Awards.She looked great in the pale blue shift dress with a white neckline and silver embellishments.  However, I hate how she wore tights with it.I know Zooey is very fond of tights but they ruin the whole feel of the dress and look dowdy.  Her hair was worn in a cool, retro ponytail and she added colour via the
